Your feedback is essential in helping us understand how we can improve policies and practices to create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
What is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?
Diversity refers to the differences among people, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, and disability. Equity refers to fairness and justice in the treatment of all people, regardless of their differences. Inclusion refers to creating a sense of belonging for all people, regardless of their differences.
Why is DE&I important?
DE&I is important because it promotes fairness, respect, and understanding among all people. It helps to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and included, which leads to higher job satisfaction and better performance. DE&I also helps to attract and retain a diverse workforce, which is essential for the success of any organisation.
How can you participate?
We encourage all of our members to participate in gathering DE&I information by sharing their experiences, ideas, and suggestions. Your feedback is essential in helping us understand how we can improve policies and practices and create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
